We believe great design sits at the intersection of creative, business, and technology expertise. That’s why we take a holistic approach across research, strategy, design, and engineering. We work on a variety of digital touchpoints including websites, web and mobile apps, and AI agents, all with a focus on seamless, user-centered experiences. Our work spans industries from healthcare and mobility to fintech, media, productivity, and AI.
Our design academy has upskilled hundreds of designers and unlocked exciting career opportunities for them. We've hosted some of the biggest names in design at our community events. We've worked with leading enterprises such as Hero Motocorp, Philips, as well as some exciting startups. But we'd like to think we're just getting started.
We're looking for a Design Engineer on a full-time basiswith a strong eye for detail and a love for crafting beautiful, functional user interfaces. You’ll work at the intersection of design and code — translating high-fidelity designs into clean, responsive, accessible components and contributing to both design systems and product UI.
This is a hybrid role: part designer, part front-end developer. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Contribute ideas to designing the core product experience
- Implement pixel-perfect UI using HTML, CSS (or Tailwind), and Vue/React
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma files into production-ready code
- Build and maintain reusable components and design systems
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms
- Identify edge cases and contribute to UX refinements
- Work with engineering to bridge the gap between design intent and technical feasibility
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a design engineering or front-end-focused role
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (or similar frameworks)
- Comfortable working with design tools like Figma
- A strong eye for visual and interaction design
- Understanding of responsive layouts and accessibility best practices
- Experience with component libraries or design systems is a plus
- Bonus: Motion design or basic prototyping skills (Framer, Lottie, etc.)
