ownpath began as an Academy, where we’ve upskilled teams at Gojek, Freshworks, and hundreds of designers, helping them unlock meaningful career opportunities. We’re backed by leaders across design and engineering.

We’re now seeking a Founder’s Office Associate focused on people’s operations to work closely with the founder and leadership team to build a strong, healthy, and high-performing organization.

Responsibilities

This role is focused on ensuring that individuals grow, teams collaborate effectively, mentorship is consistent, and the company scales with intention. You’ll play a key role in converting individuals into strong team members, strengthening culture, and enabling leaders to make better people and resourcing decisions.

Requirements

People Growth & Mentorship

  • Ensure every team member has clarity on their strengths, growth opportunities, and development paths.
  • Help set up and maintain regular mentorship rhythms — both growth-focused and operational.
  • Work closely with leadership to support individual and team development.

Team Health & Culture

  • Build a strong sense of team across Studios and Academy.
  • Organize initiatives that allow team members to share and learn from each other.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for people-related concerns, feedback, and improvement ideas.

People Operations & Resourcing

  • Help manage team bandwidth in collaboration with functional leaders.
  • Identify the right people for the right projects based on skill sets, availability, and growth goals.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new team members, ensuring they transition smoothly into the team.

Founder & Leadership Support

  • Work closely with the Founder to surface people-related insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support leadership in making thoughtful, people-first decisions as the company grows.
  • Identify and implement people ops improvements that strengthen collaboration and execution.
