We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team and contribute to our mission of solving a specific problem statement. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in validating multiple solutions and identifying the most promising one, ultimately leading to the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). We are committed to on-boarding a designer with the intent of a long-term, full-time position within our company.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand the problem statement and define user requirements.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform the design process.
Generate multiple design concepts and prototypes, iterating on them based on user feedback and business objectives.
Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Champion a user-centric design approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap discussions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in product design, preferably with a focus on problem validation and MVP development.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Familiarity with user research techniques, usability testing, and data-driven decision making.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
