ownpath Studios is our consulting arm that partners with startups and enterprises to craft high-impact products and enduring brands.

About the Role

As a Senior Brand & Graphic Designer, you’ll own the creative direction and execution of client brands from concept through completion. You’ll partner with product teams, marketers, and founders to translate business goals into cohesive visual identities and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity: Develop and refine logos, color systems, typography, imagery style, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
  • Graphic Design: Create high-impact collateral—presentation decks, one-pagers, social media templates, email campaigns, digital ads, and print assets.
  • Campaign Assets: Design concept-to-execution assets for product launches, conferences, webinars, and performance marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategists, copywriters, developers, and marketers to ensure design aligns with messaging, UX, and technical requirements.
  • Art Direction: Brief and oversee designers, photographers, illustrators, and motion-graphics artists when projects require specialized creative.
  • Quality & Consistency: Enforce brand standards across all touchpoints; conduct regular design audits to maintain integrity.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated of design, marketing, and tech trends; evangelize new tools, workflows, and approaches within the ownpath team.

Nice to have

  • Experience with UI/UX fundamentals or motion-graphics.
  • Background in data visualization or information design.
  • Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Canva for Enterprise) and basic HTML/CSS.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in brand identity and graphic design, an experience with consumer brands is a huge bonus.
  • Robust portfolio demonstrating brand systems, marketing campaigns, and multi-channel graphic work.
  • Strong visual thinking: You can craft strategic design solutions that solve business problems and delight users.
  • Excellent communicator: Able to articulate your design rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management: Comfortable juggling multiple clients, scoping work, meeting deadlines, and overseeing external vendors.
  • Collaborative mindset: Thrive in a remote, peer-driven environment; give and receive feedback thoughtfully.
